A few years ago we were the first high school in Eindhoven to start a havobrug class. With positive results. With a Havo advice you can start right at the right level. This gives not only more chance of success, but especially more chance of fun!
With a HAVO/VWO advice you can also start in the two-year havo/VWO class. The lessons start at havo level and that is gradually built up to vwo level. After the first year you don't have to choose havo 2 or vwo 2, but you still have a year to find out what you're up to. After the 2nd year you continue in havo 3 or vwo 3.
From the fourth year you start within the chosen profile. Our school dean will help you with your orientation to study and occupation. This orientation starts in class 3 and allows you to make a responsible choice: both for the profile and the follow-up education. The course package depends on the profile choice. The students can choose from the following profiles:
After the profile choices you will find yourself in new composite classes. We therefore think it is important that you get to know each other immediately during an introduction day in Aquabest. It will take place on a Friday in the first weeks of school.
BSM Havo 4 and Havo 5
Especially for havolatiers we have the trade Move, Sport and Society, or BSM. A profession you've probably never heard of, and it's not that strange. BSM is a profession that we only give to our students in the upper secondary school. We explain exactly what BSM means below.
HavoPro offers students the opportunity to be even better prepared for the future and further training through a challenging issue from a company or body. It is seen as an exam part, as an addition to the combination figure of the profile piece, CKV and social studies.
Those who have the taste in (business) economy can participate in our LCL Business Class. Set up your own company and learn from professionals from the real field. Get to work with your company so you can get skills for your own business later.
During the LCL Business Class you will encounter all facets of entrepreneurship, from designing your product to marketing and presentation, but also the financial aspect. Are you going to make and sell a product yourself? Or are you organizing a clothing scholarship? It's all possible! In a team context, during the duration of Havo 4 you will start to set up and run your company with the support of specialist teachers and guest speakers. A visit to a real company should also be a must. This way you will experience the best possible way of working entrepreneurship.

BSM is the area where you already learn. You will learn skills that you will need a lot later in your career. You have to think about organizing, taking charge and working together. When learning these skills, we always use sport as a tool. The course is taught by a teacher of physical education and on your schedule you will find extra hours of gym. Besides important skills for the future, you also move more. A win-win situation! At BSM you will also get tests on the teaching material, but that is not the only thing. You will also be judged on the organisation and implementation of various projects. For example, our BSM members help to organise various sports days and organise the sports section of the Open Day. Maybe you'll meet them during your physical education class when they come to teach. You can recognize them by their own BSM Sports Shirt, which they design every year. The subject is therefore mainly a practical subject with a little theory. So it's hard for you to sit in your chair? Then you are welcome to BSM.

Did you know that at our school you can have an extra language put on your diploma? You may not follow the lessons at the Lorentz Casimir Lyceum, but we do facilitate the possibility that it will eventually be a grade on your diploma. Think Spanish, Italian, Russian, Polish.
