The transitional meeting
Decisions on promotion or rejection shall be taken at the end of the school year in a transitional meeting. The annual layer coordinator shall chair this meeting.
The promotional standards described below are the starting point for the transitional meeting. For an individual student, the meeting may differ from these standards, but only in a positive sense. Other pupils with similar reports can never derive rights.
A decision taken by the transitional meeting may be eligible for revision only if new essential information has become available after the meeting. A request for revision from a teacher or parent shall be submitted to the rector/driver, no later than the date and time specified in the annual agenda. At the revision meeting the teachers who teach the student concerned are required to be present. The vice principal is the president of the meeting.
For appeal against a decision of the revision meeting, reference is made to the complaint system.
